Center Teacher

The said position is responsible for conducting classes for children at various centers and schools (where Mind Matrix has a tie-up). Such positions are / would be available throughout the country. There is choice of ‘Full time’ & ‘Part Time’ engagement.

The necessary requisites for the same are:

    • Candidate should atleast be a graduate (preferably female)
    • Candidate should have an experience of atleast 1 year of teaching children at school / teaching center / playschool
    • Candidate should be fluent in English and vernacular language
    • Candidate should have passion and flair for handling & teaching children

Master Trainer

The said position is responsible for imparting training to our Associates and Center Teachers for our courses alongwith basic business management skills.


The necessary requisites for the same are:

    1. Candidate should atleast be a graduate
    2. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of training experience in similar organisation / corporate / NGO
    3. Candidate should be fluent in English and vernacular language

Course Module Development

The said position is responsible for developing course material and other relevant collaterals that could be further produced on web and on print.

The necessary requisites for the same are:

    1. Candidate should atleast be a graduate
    2. Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
    3. Candidate should be fluent in English and Maths
    4. Candidate should be proficient in MS Office & Corel Draw (preferred)

Marketing

The said position is responsible for marketing of courses among various schools and for opening of new franchisees/associates in different areas in the city/state/region/country.


The necessary requisites for the same are:

    1. Candidate should atleast be a Post-graduate (MBAs preferred)
    2. Candidate should have a minimum of 3/5 years of relevant experience for state/region position
    3. Candidate should be comfortable to travel
